WALT: Learning to analyse. 

This past week my class has been learning how to write Positive, Thoughtful and helpful comments on others blog post. We had to add our own comments that we had made into the three boxes as you can see and then make a reflection on what we are good at and what we can work on with commenting. This is my DLO:

Purpose of a blog!

WALT:Understand the purpose of a blog.

Today Charlotte, Max and I made a comic strip about the purpose of a blog. We had an app to use for some cool icons its called Flaticon. We didn't have enough time to finish. Flaticon is a website where you can search up any images or icons for your work/Drawing

First I put text boxes all on the google drawing while max wrote everything and Charlotte got the images/icons for the comic strip.

 We sat down in position and changed positions so it looked like we were shape shifting into each other.

All about Lorde

WALT:Pick a task from the Summer learning journey.

Lorde

Lorde’s real name is Ella Yelich-O’Connor and she was born in Auckland, New Zealand in November 7 1996 and is 23 years old. Her mother, Sonja Yelich, is Croatian and her father, Vic O’Connor, is Irish. Lorde’s parents encouraged her to read a lot as a child. They also encouraged her to follow her passion. Lorde started performing covers (other people’s songs) when she was at intermediate school and started writing her own original music as a young teen.
Lorde went to Belmont Intermediate.
16 years old Lorde became the youngest solo artist to write and perform a Hot 100 chart-topper when this reached #1 (she was 16 years and 11 months when "Royals" climbed to #1)
